Faith at Lowe’s has helped us the last couple of times we’ve been in, and she has been amazing every time. From cutting blinds to helping us look at appliances, she always jumps in and makes things so much easier. She’s also really funny and makes the whole experience enjoyable. The best part is that when you can’t find anyone else in the store, Faith somehow always appears and is happy to help. It’s clear she really cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. Lowe’s is lucky to have her!

I had a problem with my furnace Nate was extremely helpful especially since he had hvac background. Couldn't be happier with his friendly helpful guidance! Scale of 1 through 10 Nate is a 10 across the board.

The Lowe’s of Ware is a clean, friendly and well stocked store. Non-stressed staff that are friendly and for the most part welcoming whether you’re a contractor or DIY’er. Staff is always asking whether they can assist.

Had two amazing experiences in a row, alex and alice were such great helps. They were patient and kind and answered all our questions and helped a lot!

I almost always find what I'm looking for here. The employees are good about helping out and they don't hover if you say that you don't need help. It's nice because I can take my time and not feel pressured but still be able to ask questions. Bonus that can bring your dog too. The only downside is that the mobility carts don't take too long to run out of battery even at full charge. The employees didn't offer to help or anything when it eventually did run out. Overall my experiences were pretty good.
