Brad just recently repaired our AC - saving it from certain death. He returned my call right away and set up a timely appointment. He had it up and running in a short time and we are cool and comfortable again. He was easy to work with, professional and did great work for a reasonable cost. I most definitely recommend him.

I called Brad at BEC Services early on a Saturday morning - and he was quick to respond. Our nearly new A/C unit had failed on the hottest weekend of the year. We were delighted that he arrived shortly thereafter. He had the parts needed to diagnose and repair a bad coil. Brad even followed up the next day to check out the unit. Brad came and did work on 3 different furnaces for us. 2 of the units have been in service for over 20 years and he has done annual maintenance on them for a number of years now. He is very thorough and meticulous in his work. He not only checks on the furnace but anything in and around the home that may be tied to overall home heating and/or cooling. In our case he asked to perform a carbon monoxide test of all 3 places. Not because he was concerned about a leak, but because we did not have carbon monoxide detectors (only smoke detectors) and he just wanted to be sure that his thoughts were backed up with hard science. I have had Brad do several jobs at my home. He is professional and very painstaking in doing a really good job. Never had a complaint for him ! Highly recommend using his services.

Mini split leaking inside, so called a "professional". $500+ and it still leaks inside. I'm not a repair man, that was the purpose of calling a repair man but when he suggests calling another repair man for a second opinion on what may be the cause, this guy is obviously an HVAC wannabe. For $500+ we have the same problem and didn't even get a reach around. If you are having HVAC problems, avoid this guy!!!!!
