Carl came highly recommended by good neighbors and he did not disappoint! We were hearing arching coming from our electrical box, which was concerning to say the least. Carl was able to come out within about two hours of my call, immediately and professionally diagnosed the issue, and was able to come back within 48 hours to completely replace our box and fix the issue outside our home as well. Carl and his crew were personable, professional, efficient, kept us updated every step of the way, and all work and cost estimates were on point. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Had to relocate my electrical service as well as additional breakers to accommodate a new addition to my home. Had lined up an electrician in April, had multiple conversations, provided a down payment only to have them back out at the end of June. Carl Graf was highly recommended by many. In less than a week, Carl met with me, provided a much better solution to the relocation, quoted it, had it scheduled with NiMo and completed the relocation! Had work done on my Mom's home and garage. I didn't have to worry about her safety, true gentlemen, kept her informed as to what they were doing. The place was a neat when they left as when they arrived. Did a great job! I told them we will call them again, if we need electrical work. Nice team work.

I am writing this review based on an incredible experience using Graf Electric. I have a camp in the local area but reside 4 hours away. I needed interior electric work done on short notice and called Graf. Not only did I find the customer service experience delightful, thoughtful and quick the actual work was spot on, neat, tidy and above all QUICK! I will continue to use Graf for any electrical projects/repairs I face going forward and suggest that if you have upcoming or current electrical needs no need to shop around.
