Beck/Allen Cabinetry

Ordered two bathroom vanities from Beck/Allen. Design and material selection process went smoothly, creative solutions were offered to for tricky layouts, cabinetry delivered is high quality. The four-star rather than five-star rating is because of all the problems with the delivered product - dings and scratches and missing shelves or panels. To Beck/Allen's credit, customer service to remedy these problems has been top-notch (responsive, willing to send replacement parts with no charge, clear and quick communication) but there have been too many time-consuming quality issues for five stars.

Outstanding! Louis and the entire Beck Allen team were always friendly and courteous, and at the same time absolutely professional. Creativity was beyond comparison. No concept was unexplored; no challenge was unresolved. Thanks to Beck Allen, we now have an unbelievable one-of-a-kind kitchen!

Purchased some cabinetry for my laundry room. The product is beautiful, definitely a more quality product than the cabinets the production homes try to sell you. However, the customer service from beginning to end is displeasing. For the money you pay for this product, you expect timely communication at the least. And not having to chase them down to buy the product they are selling. 100% of this transaction required me to follow up for all my answers. They do not install the cabinets, but referred a contractor. This contractor, who *** claims to be seasoned in the brand, was not. As I looked over the work when they were wrapping up, I had to point out part of the wall that wasn't finished, underneath the bench. Also, unfinished wood of the side of the cabinets showed, so only the front of
