This company is amazing! Answered so quickly on Saturday night during a snow storm for our house in Andale. Within 2 hours fixed the heater!! My grandparents used them for years for regular maintenance and always spoke highly of them.

Outstanding service is so hard to find nowadays. Today, I received outstanding service from Becker Brothers. They went above and beyond to strive to make a customer happy. Here's the back story: our AC went offline last Friday, 8/25. Becker Brothers came out and diagnosed the issue was our AC compressor died. Our unit was under warranty and Becker Brothers got the parts order. Unfortunately, the parts were not expected to be delivered until 9/5. Lucky for us, the temperature dropped into the 80s the next day. However, the temperature has been steadily climbing with each passing day. Over the course of the next four days, the temperature will break 100. I highly recommend Becker Brothers for your heating and cooling needs! I purchased a home with a Geothermal unit and when it sprung a leak in my basement, they responded very quickly, fixed the leak and replaced the sub-standard parts the original installer used, educated me on my unit and gave me back the confidence in my system. Recently I had a problem with the supply water to the Geothermal unit, they walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone and they were able to determine the problem was with the water well itself, they gave me a referral to a local well company and they were able to fix my problem within hours!
