This company has been nothing but incompetent since day one starting my job on my lagoon. It has been over two months of my yard just sitting with no word on inspection or next step. Here we are two months later and still no progress and today they were coming to fill in the whole broke the waterline to my house. Why wasn’t it flagged ? The way that they disposed of the old septic system was not done how discussed. They made the whole twice and big my backyard and still left all old septic system parts and cement block laying all around my yard killing what grass I had left. The whole is still open. No progress made yet. I’ll make more reviews as the time progresses.
Betty is a doll to work with. They are very responsive & do a wonderful job.
