Do not buy windows here!!! Customer service is awful! I ordered a horizontal fixed window and they made me a vertical double hung window. My wife brought it in to return and they would not even help her unload the window from her car. The window was months late being made, was clearly not correct, and was too large to fit the rough opening that I provided. They refused to provide me the correct window without incurring over $400 in new charges. They refused to return the $250 deposit that I initially put down. Very disappointed, as I used Beckett’s many times in the past, but NO more!

Exceptional work and customer service. We will certainly hire them for future glass work needed in our home! We had them make several glass tops to protect our new wood furniture.

There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe Stu Beckett and his company. First, his patience is phenomenal. As a fairly new general contractor, I don't claim to know everything and always want to learn about the safest and effective way to deliver results to my clients. I often rely on and respect the experience and advice of those in specialized trades. I came to Stu with questions and he not only educated me but provided real solutions. He is a busy man and runs on all 8 cylinders 24/7 but genuinely cares about the product and service he is providing to his clients. If I'm going to drop $100 on a new screen I would appreciate the front desk person to know what I am asking for. One edge of the new screen was not tight. Does not sit square/torques and twists. Overall not happy with purchase and will not visit again. Also company was sold to new owner so not the same family owned/quality as in the past.

Stu was recommended by my brother in-law who builds multi million dollar homes in our area. Stu arrived to measure for my glass and was responsive, timely, professional and knowledgeable. I had no idea how far out my glass panel should go on my new master bath. I let Stu decide. The glass panel was ordered and delivered when promised. Stu called me with an update and installation time. The Beckett team arrived, installed the panel in less than 15 minutes. The guys were terrific! Told me when I could use the shower and were neat and tidy. I highly recommend Beckett Glass for your glass, mirror or screen needs. Beckett glass is the BEST!!
