Marc and his crew did an amazing job at my Mom’s house! My Mom had a massive infestation and the treatment at her home required a lot of work and time from Marc and his team. Marc kept me informed throughout the day of their progress. The house was left very clean as Marc and his team cleaned up a ton of the dead bed bugs. We called this company in June of last year, for a bed bug problem in our home. Marc the owner was very nice and professional. This was supposed to be a one and done treatment which cost over $2600. I was concerned as I had a couple of bites the next day. Marc brought some glue traps by a couple months later and it seemed like we were in the clear. Winter came and went. In March, I found a bed bug only because I was looking under the mattress and boxspring. I contacted them immediately. They couldn’t explain why they were there and said this had never happened before. Instead of honoring their customer satisfaction policy, I had to do another treatment, another $2200 dollars later. I am not one to leave reviews very often but I was beyond happy and impressed with this company. I work in personal customer service myself and it is not very often that I come across a company that portrays this level of customer service, help, professionalism, and assistance. To my horror, I was placed in a position of having bed bugs and I spent hours researching and trying to figure out what was the best thing for me to do. I looked into both options of heat treatment and traditional spray. The heat treatment was hands down the way to go. I wasn't able to live at home for over a week and a half and the thought of having a company take care of everything and in one day be able to return was worth it. They walked me thru everything.
