Bedford-Union Armory Parking (Propark)

Reserved and paid for a parking spot the day of a large event held at community center only to be kicked out looking for a spot. I understand this is NYC and parking is scarce especially when streets are covered in snow. This office should not be offering this service then. Very disappointed. No apology and came late to the event.

Charged me daily instead of monthly, wouldn’t give me my car until I paid almost $200 over the posted monthly price for my car that was there for 2 weeks. Also said they can fluctuate their monthly price even though they have the prices posted on the wall. Very sketchy, do not recommend

Garage would not fully honor Spot hero payment and wanted more money despite knowing what kind of car I had when I parked it there for 10 days time, not telling me until the last day that it was oversized. Garage appears to be overpriced and will get you financially for every detail it can. Garage attendant was extremely nice though but it was out of his hands and the supervisor was insistent on not letting the extra costs go so we just won’t use the garage again and warn others to look at every detail before using them.

Already paid for early Sat AM parking reservation. Nobody at booth, had to wander around shouting until the attendant emerged from hiding deep inside to tell us garage was full.

The facility was clean and the parking attendant was polite. We used spot hero app this weekend and the whole process was seamless. Will go for this spot again for any future events in the area.
