Ordered 3 yards of topsoil to level and topdress my lawn. The agent I spoke with was very polite and helpful. The soil I ordered came within an hour and was very good quality, minimum stones and debris. Very pleased. Thanks guys

I unfortunately had a poor experience with Bedrock. I recently went to purchase a specific type of rock, and upon pickup, I immediately noticed they were not the ones I had ordered. When I raised this concern with the store associate, I was told they were the correct rocks and simply needed to be washed off, as they were “dirty.” However, after multiple washes and even a quick visual inspection, it was very clear that they were in fact a completely different product than what I had ordered. When I called to address this, I was told the rocks could not be exchanged for the correct ones and that I should consider myself “lucky” to be offered store credit. Wonderful experience with this company!! We needed to make a purchase of topsoil and stone and they were recommended to us by some friends and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service they provided and guidance. The staff here provided their best insight and advice on the different materials which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend them to everyone we know and will definitely be returning!!!!

We had 2 deliveries of top soil, they were prompt & efficient and the dirt was very good, no debris or anything that shouldn’t be in there. Great service.
