My wife and I stopped in on 03/12/2021 to get information on various items for two bathrooms we were having remodeled. An employee had to unlock the door for us to enter due to COVID. There were at least two employees in the store, and neither one greeted us, nor asked if we needed help with finding anything—note that there was only one other customers in the store. We walked around for at least 10 minutes assuming someone would eventually tend to our needs, but not such luck. As we exited the store, we did not receive a “thanks for stopping in”, nor a customary “is there something you needed help with”. I’m unsure what caused the employees to treat my wife and I so poorly that day, but I do wonder if race had something to do with it. I’d be more than happy to discuss what we experienced.

Very helpful knowledgeable service. Much better product than Home Depot or Lowes, but it costs.

This place is very helpful...full of stuffs you need..they have great customer service. The elderly man is super helpful...recommended for any plumbing accessories
