Organized. Knowledgeable. Conscientious. I could choose many words to describe Pete and his amazing work. My kitchen looks magnificent because Pete listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Pete is a delight to work with. I trusted his judgement every step of the way because he has a depth of experience which is often hard to find. His apprentice, Juan, was polite and respectful, and clearly eager to learn. The two left my kitchen neat and clean at the end of each day. I have already recommended Pete to friends.

Pete brought my kitchen from 1954 to 2024! He worked with me one on one from the computer design to its very physical completion. He and Juan left my home in immaculate condition at the end of each workday. There were no lags in time during the work as Pete had all the contractors lined up perfectly. My job took longer than estimated, which was difficult with Christmas falling right as they were almost finished the job. I would recommend Pete’s Custom Carpentry. Just know that you will be on his list for a while until he can get to you because he is popular, and when he does get to you, he will probably be there longer than. you anticipate. Did I mention that I LOVE my kitchen?

We used Pete’s services to remodel our kitchen recently and his team did a wonderful job. We worked with him last year for our basement bathroom project as well. Pete is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. He is very responsive to any questions you may have and does not cut any corners. Our kitchen renovation came out great and we’ve only received positive reviews from friends and family. Definitely recommend working with him.

Pete recently completed a major renovation for us encompassing 1/3 of our home. This is the second time we have worked with Pete, who previously did our bathroom reno. This most recent project included a kitchen renovation, floors, insulation, windows and doors, staircase, plumbing and electrical work… Pete and his team are trustworthy and reliable, and their work is thoughtful and carefully done. Pete was responsive to any concerns or questions that we had throughout the planning and construction. The end result is a beautiful transformation of our space and we look forward to years of enjoying it! We would definitely recommend working with Pete, and will certainly go back when we have our next project.

We had a complete bathroom remodel, and this contractor checks all the boxes – professional, knowledgeable – excellent recommendations for finishing materials. Work did not start until all materials were available. Excellent work by the subs. Work was well coordinated – there were no delays waiting for sub availability. There was daily communication on the progress – explained work to be done and the plan for the next day. A bathroom demo is a messy job and contractor kept dust localized and cleaned up at the end of each day. A quality job with attention to detail. At the conclusion of work, walls were spackled, sanded and paint ready. Would definitely hire again.
