Our furnace stopped working around 9:30 pm on a cold night, and we immediately placed a call to Beebe for after-hours service. The on-call technician, Damien, arrived within approximately an hour and set to work. He didn’t give up until very, very late, but unfortunately was not able to acquire an essential part even after 2 trips out to search. He returned later the next day and was able to get the furnace fixed. His friendliness, professionalism, and diligence are beyond compare! I would not hesitate to recommend Beebe.

There was some miscommunication that occurred that left me with a larger project than was actually necessary at this time. The technician, Casey was compassionate and only charged me for the work that was currently necessary even though he did the full scope of work. He was also friendly and skillful. Good technician.
