I’m very disappointed with a recent purchase at Beebe’s. When I went to the warehouse to pick up a new toilet that I had paid for at the Nottingham Way location everything was ready to go. As the associate was helping me load the toilet into my truck, I asked about checking the toilet before I took it to make sure it was not damaged. He shook the box back and forth and advised that he knew the toilet wasn’t broken because you could hear no shards chinking around. So, OK, he’s the toilet guy, right? Fine. Plumber gets to my house and, guess what? Cracked toilet. Plumber says this happens often in their world. At the end of the day, I should have made the kid open the box and checked it myself. Maybe if this is something that happens, Beebe’s should consider just checking merchandise before

Parking is ample with plenty of room for oversized service trucks. Called ahead to check for parts, gentleman on the phone was very a pleasant to speak to an knowledge able about products needed. When I arrived counter staff was was pleasant and welcoming. I received my parts and some good installation tips, they recommended an extra gasket that I never thought of. Material was of a high quality and equivalently priced with the local establishments. Prices were the same or lower than any internet price I could find.

You really need to enforce your drivers to come close to the speed limit when driving down the highway 52 miles an hour in a 70 going to get somebody killed

They know there stuff but are generally nasty people sometimes I hate going there.
