Called them to certify my septic system to sell my house and they told me my tank was non compliant due to rebar showing that two other professionals could not find any indication of but it was too late they had already filed non compliance. He was then eager to give me a quote that was no joke double the next two quotes to replace the tank. Obviously I did not have them replace my tank I went with the next most expensive quote at half the price and the job was perfectly although the company that did it couldn’t find a good reason for replacing the tank. My guess they saw my for sale sign and figured when I told them I needed the certification he figured he would make good money off me.
