Three years!!...Three years after Gustavo completed our magnificent 1100sqft new master suite in our home, the "new" bathroom sink cracked and began to leak. I contacted Gustavo with the problem and he immediately took it for action. The sink manufacturer and supplier reluctantly replaced the sink, but Gustavo and his crew demo'd, installed, and plumbed the replacement sink, to include an entire new paint job...free of charge! Gustavo is also a master planner and communicator who will walk you through every step of the project and take whatever time is needed (while working) to communicate progress and vision all the while remaining within your budget. A couple of items to highlight that I’ve never seen with other contrators. 1. Daily progress report that includes photos of the work. 2. Weekly schedule updates that make it easy to plan around workers in the house. 3. Master logistics spreadsheet updates that merge timelines, estimated costs, and budget expenditures. I saw 2 bathroom remodels that truly showed the craftsmanship and how deeply he thinks about each little detail!
