My family was scrambling to find a company that could quickly address a sudden sewage issue, and Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Colorado Springs truly came through for us. Mark, the owner, graciously took my call and guaranteed same-day service…which immediately brought a sense of relief during a very stressful situation. Not only did he ensure the job was handled promptly and professionally, but he personally came out to oversee everything himself. That level of care and accountability meant a lot. On top of that, he offered a very reasonable price, something that can feel rare, especially when dealing with urgent damage. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness, empathy, and consideration. I don’t often write reviews, but Vado Cleaning absolutely earned this one. Highly recommend.

What a great company and service. Everyone was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. We had a big party and water from outside flooded our basement. Cameron got here within the hour and setup the dehumidifier, assessed the situation and made everything good. Thank you!

Cameron and Quinn from VODA came to our house and cleaned up and sanitized a wall in our garage that had some bug chemical on it. They HEPA vacuumed, sanitized, and scrubbed and sanded the area on the OSB between the wall studs. They were conscientious and very responsive to my requests and critiques. Great job guys! After they left, I happened to notice an area at the bottom of two studs that were butted together that still had some chemical powder lodged between the joint of the two studs. I called and spoke to Maha the office manager (who is super nice and VERY customer serviced) and she arranged for Quinn to come back that afternoon and clean up the small area that was missed. I was selling a property and needed to get mold remediation accomplished prior to our scheduled closing. Voda Cleaning and Restoration was able to send out their professional and courteous project manager to assess the scope of the job and quickly provide an estimate to resolve the identified issues. Within 3 days, they were able to schedule and complete the required work in advance of my closing date. Their main office was also very helpful in providing the paid invoice within a couple of hours of payment so that I could bring it to the closing.

We have used Voda's services for over a year at several of our properties and they have been excellent! We mainly use their carpet cleaning services and each time the carpets come out like brand new! We look forward to using any of their new services in the future!
