Belac Homes. I purchased my 3rd Belac home. The Palm model. The first 2 homes had outstanding A/C systems, installed by Professional A/C companies. The 3rd home has an extremely inferior A/C system. Installed by Sun Kool. The ductwork was not installed according to Sun Kools own ductwork plan. And the A/C equipment that Sun Kool installed is smaller than the 2 previous homes, it does not remove the humidity and has a much smaller air filter, hence has less air volume. I have the air vents in 4 rooms completely closed in order to get airflow in the living room, kitchen and back bedrooms. I also had to remove the air vent grilles in the living room and kitchen to get more air flow. It looks ridiculous. I have to turn the A/C thermostat down to 72 degrees at night or I will wake up sweating.

Great team! Justin made the whole process smooth! We love our home! We feel like we have the nicest home on the block! Highly recommend Belac!

One year update living in our new construction built by belac homes. We started to see cracks on the wall interior and exterior . We had electrical problem. We found out our breaker didn’t have surge proctection and is a 3 wire instead of 4. Our electrician said we were step up for failure. Good thing we caught it in time. This is my first home and it been a learning process. I called the electrician that they used but found out the number doesn’t exist and the name of the company was not found.
