BELFOR Property Restoration (Cincinnati)

We had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling. We at first thought it was coming from the roof, but the Belfor staff investigated thoroughly and determined it was actually coming from an upstairs bathroom. We are very impressed with their mitigation services. Mikey, Cody, and Scott have been fantastic at minimizing the mess from the giant hole they had to cut in the ceiling to find the leak. They attached plastic sheeting from ceiling to floor to keep the drywall dust from spreading all over the house, and took great care to clean the beams and framing to prevent mold. They came back daily to check on the drying out process. Everyone was very respectful and explained the process clearly to us. The building where our office is located had a pipe leak and it got into some of the Suites on the first floor. Belfor was fantastic and worked really hard to get the water out and disinfect the areas. Scott with the company was extremely polite and professional! It is comforting to know that good people still exist!!

Belfor is a Restoration Co. in Fairfield that did a Wonderful job for me, and Scott a find that I became familiar through his work. The guy has a great personality that gave comfort and confidence in work and Communicable skills. A True pleasure to have got to know. A great guy over all.

Belfor out of Fairfield was absolutely wonderful. I had a flooding issue the day before Thanksgiving, and they still came out within two hours - preventing what could have been a huge disaster.
