Belfor of Medford Oregon restored the fire damage in our house. John York, who was in charge of the project communicated well with us and spent his time answering all our questions. Belcor managed floor removal, washer and dryer removal, as well as a laundry table, to allow restoration, floor replacement (negotiated wood floor in lieu of existed linoleum), and wall re-painting. We experienced water damage due to a problem with a condensate drain assosiated with our Mitsubishi Mini-Split heat pump. Unfortunately our homeowner's insurance denied our claim for this damage. Belfor has worked with us and been super gracious and accommodating to the repairs we are paying on our own. Their workers that came to our home to mitigate the water damage were just good guys. They did their best to minimize any inconvenience.

I have recommended BELFOR for years and years. However I had never had a situation to call them for my own family. Last week I walked out of the house into the garage and stepped on a soaked carpet, then saw water pooled around the space and went into a brief panic. Then I called BELFOR and Nick said he'd be right back. Within five minutes one of his field managers called me, took a description of the signs, and in less than an hour she is in our basement with her devices that divulge water inside the walls.
