BELFOR Property Restoration (Minneapolis)

Recently had a really big flood at a property I managed. Called the team at Belfor, not only were they there in record time but from start to finish the communication, work, and schedule was top notch. If you do not use this company, you are missing the mark.

Amazing service and professionalism. My rental company hired them to do extensive mold remediation in my home, and they were THOROUGH. Jose-Luis went so far as to clean every wall and floor in the home, moving items as necessary with no inconvenience to me. Putting everything in its place, they left it nicer than when they started!

We worked with Matt to get our basement bedroom back together after we had water damage in the walls and carpet. Matt's communication was timely, clear, and helpful throughout the process. The professionals who installed the studs, drywall, trim, blinds, and more did the work as expected and everything looks great. We did not use BELFOR for the tear out, but for the restoration side and I recommend this company.

I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate Belfor. Rob and Trevor helped me. I am a tenant in a building which uses Belfor services. I needed floor change on the same day as my furniture was arriving from Boston. It was a water damage issue so very urgent. Rob talked to the building and made sure I have a place (an empty apartment) where I can store my furniture while my flooring is installed. The next day rob and Trevor not only moved all my furniture from that apartment to my own they also built my bed!!! And when they found that the screws don’t match up they went to the hardware store to get screws for my bed!!!! I mean who does that?? I am more than happy with rob and Trevor at Belfor. I can’t write enough praises for them.

the Tampa franchise arrived at my door on June 7th, to remove, clean and restore my wet oak floors on my insurance company's approval/request, taking carpet and couches, soggy with wet insulation yet, would not return calls for a month. They delivered my couches after 6wks, still damp! ruined moldy, stained not cleaned with asbestos insulation on one chair--would not give back my $5,000 rug at all! * months later the situation remains without remedy, a tarp on my house and they sent a gangster collection attny. to get their insurance ck. HEARTLESS and cruel, not eh "Sweetface," presented on tv. This has destroyed my life.
