Jimmy and his company Belkay Construction owe my dumpster company close to 3k dollars for work I’ve done with him at him at projects in highlands county Fl. I’ve reached out many different times with him saying he’s going to pay but never has made an attempt. Now he’s ignoring my calls and emails. I would advise anyone to steer clear of using him for any services.
