I have been working with Jeff @ Bell Heating and air conditioning for close to 20 years now. Just had a new A/C unit installed as the old unit was no longer cooling properly (installed by Bell almost 20 yrs ago). Great service, excellent and polite technician and they install only top brands. Prices are very competitive Nicole in the office is a pleasure to work with. Reason I went back after all these years and was reminded once again why they are excellent at their craft Keep up the good work !

I had Bell install central air conditioning in my house - It just happened to be one of the hottest weeks of the year, and the guys worked through it in the attic. They were prompt in showing up when they said, and got everything up and running quickly. We did have a little issue during the install, but they resolved it and handled it very professionally. 5 Starts, Would recommend.

Chronic issue with a family member's HVAC. It was sporadic but happened frequently/daily. Bell couldn't get to the bottom of it. Then AC died completely and there was no coming back from that. System is still under warranty (about a year old). Bell chose not to return multiple phone calls over 2 days and left my folks high and dry with this issue. 4 days later they still never called back. Ended up calling Kevin Gomes (another local installer) and he sent a guy right out the next day who found the fault code and ordered replacement warranty parts. He also bypassed the faulty part to get the system back up in the meantime. So if you can go with any other installer, especially K.M. Gomes, go there and avoid Bell. Their install already wasn't great, but their after-sales service is really the

Called Bell back in October. It was the night before the last heat wave we were about to have, and my AC quit. Their rep came out the next day. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue: the last people to work on the unit did not replace the pullout fuse correctly which caused arching and burnt it the capacitor. In just 45min, he had us up and running again. Piece of cake. Between the quick response of the rep and the fair price we agreed to, I would definitely recommend Bell and use them again in the future.

Our upstairs air conditioning unit stopped working last Friday night. Since Bell Heating Air Conditioning installed our HVAC units 3 years ago when we built our house, I called them on Saturday morning. They were closed naturally, but their voice message referred me to their "emergency number" (I believe it was the owner's cell phone). I called and got a very unprofessional sounding voice mail, saying to leave a message. So I left a detailed message, but received no call back - for 4 days. He never had the decency to call me back even to tell me they were too busy to help. What a crummy company!!!!!!! DON'T USE THEM, EVER!
