We recently needed some balancing work done on our new build. The first tech they sent out didn’t seem to really know how else to fix the issue besides to close a vent to force more air to the other locations. So I thought that was it. But Bell Mechanical reached out and sent out Lederick for a new appointment. He diagnosed the issue and was extremely thorough. Lederick explained what he needed to do to fix the issue but required having to come back out and making adjustments with an additional part. He came out today with another tech Joe who was also great. I can’t say enough about Lederick and his professionalism and attitude and eagerness to help to make sure things were fixed.
