Jim and his crew started a pool for us in mid September and everything was done by mid October. One month !!! We chose to build a 16’ X 32’ sport pool and we had challenges. Limited access, new retaining wall, concerned neighbors and lots of concrete. They faced all the challenges with professionalism and did a great job. I chose Bell because of their great reputation and the fact they are locally owned and operated. Jim and his crew kept me informed during the construction process and the various contractors they recommended all were excellent and performed as promised. Andy and Trey have been helping figure out my hot tub chemicals. they are very patient and kind as I managed this learning curve. I did not buy my hot tub from them, but that is not an issue for them. They provide great customer service. If I could talk my husband into a pool, I would be getting it from Bell pool. Thank you.

This is the 3rd pool we have had built—and by far the best experience! Jim, Austin, all of the workers, are great. Responsive, professional and efficient. Pool was completed quickly right before the tornado which damaged the pool. The Bell guys came out the day after the tornado to help me, to assess damage and then replaced liner within a couple of weeks. They are the BEST!
