I can’t say enough good things about JTM Plumbing and Drain in Omaha. I had a major plumbing issue come up late Friday afternoon around 2:30–3:00. A trusted recommendation pointed me to JTM and specifically the owner, Jon, as an honest company to work with. I reached out to Jon directly—even though he was on vacation, he responded quickly, gave me a fair eyeball estimate, and pointed me to the right place to leave a voicemail since the office was closed. Fantastic family owned plumbing business. I have used JTM Plumbing several times to fix problems and add new services. JTM Plumbing has also preformed work for my mother. From the owners to the technicians, the entire staff is friendly, professional and committed to give excellent service. JTM has made suggestions for repairs that have saved money when other outfits insisted on a much costlier option. You will not find a better trustworthy plumber. Best of all they are a one stop shop able to handle any problem without bringing other contractors.

We were so impressed with our repairman Daniel. His office was extremely helpful and he came within 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and provided a solution! I would have him come again, but pray I won’t need him.

We just moved into a new house and the prior owners left the sink clogged. Adam came very quickly and helped us get it unclogged and a new valve replacement. He was very knowledgeable and quick. We can actually use our sink now! Definitely recommend.
