Belletetes of Winchendon

I don’t know what the issue is with the cashier here but when I tried to make the purchase TWO girls at the register gave me the death STARE. I felt like I’m in the middle of Alabama or something for a second. I’ll try to avoid this place in the future. Prison-like experience just 70 miles west of Boston.

Went to Belletetes in Winchendon today 8/28/25. The girl who works there was outside watching bugs. She was really amazed at the size of the bug outside the front door. When I asked for help, she had no idea and I left without service. As I was leaving, she came back out to look for the bug. Please stop hiring useless teenagers who have no clue about hardware and no desire to do any work.

Went to get paint to do touch up with a small one inch chip to match. It was an off white and they matched it perfectly except we both thought it was eggshell. I saw that when it dried it should have been satin and went back and they replaced it with no problem. It matches perfectly now. Great job matching the off white.

Great local store. Friendly staff. Well stocked. Good lumber.

I have been a frequent flyer at the Winchendon location lately, all the staff are very helpful and friendly, always pointing me in the right direction getting me exactly what I need. I do a little bit of everything and they have a vast selection for great prices!
