We had an electrical issue come up on Sunday morning...when I called Paliulis Electric I got their answering service. The man on the other end of the line was very polite, taking down all the info he needed, explaining the company's payment policy and asking several times if I had any questions...very professional. A short time later I got the call from Cole Paliulis, owner of the company. After explaining that there was an issue with our circuit breaker panel (we thought) and several outlets not working, he gave us a time frame for the next day when he could be here to check things out. He promptly arrived at the time he promised, and after a quick check of the panel, was able to locate the problem and in no time had resolved the issue. We were delighted with Cole. We needed a new light/extractor fan fitted in our bathroom. Cole visited our home and supplied a quote the same day I called his business. A few days later he installed the light and new light switch. Cole was respectful of our home and wore shoe covers at all times in our home and cleaned up completely after installation. Upgraded my old fuse box to circuit breakers. Knocked 3 meters down to 1. Did a very satisfactory job. Came when he said he would be there. It has been a great experience so far. You never feel hurried when asking questions. Looking forward to the work we have planned ahead with him.
