Bellhop Movers - Phoenix

I can’t say enough good things about bellhop ! Mario and his team were great and made this a smooth stress free move he took care of my items even when I was like if it gets dirty I’m fine he and his team made sure that everything was treated with care. Thank you for making this a successful move !

I hired them and 3 guys were supposed to move my things on Sunday May 15th. Only 2 showed up and 1 of the 2 left early! They did not finish my move and had to get the rest of my things on that Tuesday. I was furious because they didn’t get the crib for my baby and we had to sleep on the couch. They were not supposed to charge me again and more money just came out of my account. They broke my daughters personalized chair from her 1st birthday and my $120 lamp. Someone was supposed to call me back last week and have yet to hear from anyone. Was holding today for 15 minutes and got hung up on. I am furious! I would never recommend these guys to anyone!

Horrible!!! The team lead was great but we were supposed to have 4 movers and only received 3 (had a no show). And another one of the movers was late, complained the entire time, and demanded that we tip. We also had multiple items damaged. We have attempted to reach out to support multiple times for this and have not heard back!!!! Everytime we call it says the line is busy and they will call back after we leave a voicemail. I am absolutely never using this service again. We were suggested it through our leasing agency and decided to try it but I really hope no one uses this!!!! Use U-Haul movers or any other service but definitely not this one. We were just hoping for some extra help and are now dealing with a headache.

Bellhop made our move exponentially MORE stressful — not less. We booked movers a full month in advance. Everything looked fine until move day… when no one showed up. No call. No update. And when we tried to get answers, we discovered Bellhop doesn’t even have humans answering the phone — just an unhelpful AI voice system. 40 minutes past our scheduled time (8–9am), we finally got a call saying there was a “truck breakdown” and movers would arrive at 11am. Then that got pushed to 12:30pm. Meanwhile, we were stranded on the third floor with no elevator and had to start moving ourselves. By 12:31pm: still no movers. No updates. Total radio silence. We started calling other companies. A rep (who could only be reached by text) eventually said the movers would come at 1pm. At 1pm, we got a

Jason, Ishmial, Kyle, Daniel, Seth, and Jeffrey were amazing! They were prompt and efficient. I couldn't believe how fast and organized the move was. They put everything exactly where I asked and wrapped all of my furniture securely. I am very impressed and will only use Bellhops going forward.
