Matt and his guys came through to check on our boiler and water heater last week as part of an annual maintenance. They came highly recommended in our neighborhood. They did same and next-day repairs/replacements as needed, and Matt even offered to come check out a malfunctioning dishwasher for us this week. What a great knowledgeable, professional, pleasant guy! Matt contacted us promptly, came out to our restaurant to look at our ac unit that was non functioning during a heat wave. Accessed the problem, fixed it and we are back in business! He was prompt, pleasant, completely transparent, honest, just a great guy. We are very happy with the service we got from Matt. He came out to check our mini-split system on a Saturday morning, the day after I first called. He diagnosed, ordered parts and was back to do his work (in the middle of an upper-90s heat wave) within days. Very helpful answering questions and communication in general. Highly recommended!
