This company does NOT stick by there warranty, if you have an issue, trust me, I have been through it, they will walk! They had an "independent" inspector come out to look at my floors and had falsely claimed that was water underneath the floors that caused multiple problems. Best part come to find out he never even used a moisture meter or even pulled up a plank to see if there was moisture just but in his report to bail the manufacturer out of issues with my floors. They manufacturer a terrible LVP flooring, stuff cracks, warps, bows and unlocks. Please learn from my mistake in choosing this companies product! The basically stopped communicating once I called them on the report that falsely claimed water was cause of issues with floor.

I have had a horrible experience with this “company.” The previous owners of our house used their flooring. Due to some damage, we wanted to replace a few sections of the floors. I left several voicemails asking for someone to call me back so they could help me figure out exactly what flooring was used and so we could purchase the replacements. I never heard back. Finally, I left a voicemail indicating that I thought they were extremely I processional and I’ve never had to chase down a company to give them money!! The wife picked up and said she was very busy but to stay near my phone because her husband would call me….he never did. I called back the store number which I think is just her cell phone and she blocked the call. We have been trying to replace our flooring since October and it’

I purchased flooring from Bellissima and am very pleased with the look and feel. The product is called SPC and is very durable. I highly recommend this company.

They get you in and out a little tight spot.loading hours are from 7 am to 5 pm. Same parking lot as KFC and a fuel station gps will take you around the corner
