In February Bello Wiggin Tree sponsored a local public school sports program with a $250 coupon for any work +$500 entered in a 30 days daily prize calendar raffle. I bought $100 worth of the raffle tickets and I won the coupon( in February. I called the owner West to set up appointment on 3.8. Left VM and never returned the call. I gave it close to a month before again calling on 4.2 left VM again no response. And after another 30 days I called on 5.2 and he actually answered the call and we agreed he would come look at the work sometime Friday or that weekend and would call me when ready. Call never came. Today 5.15.24, now 2 weeks later, I called and talked to West to confirm the obvious that Bello does not have the bandwidth to do my project given the lack of any relevant respo

We recently discovered one of our trees had developed a large and threatening crack. Some friends recommended Bello Wiggin Tree because they were so satisfied with the company’s work on their trees. West responded within a day and the tree was down in just a few days. Our situation involved using three neighbor’s yards and everyone on the BWT team treated all the yards with respect and great care. Had a thirty foot tree fall on the house during a high wind and rain storm. Called during the storm and they came out and estimated the removal. They called later that same evening with the estimate. We agreed on the price and they were here the next morning. They were efficient, courteous and removed the tree in no time and cleaned up the affected area.
