I had a very in-depth inspection of a home done recently and had the pleasure of working with both Damir and Eldar. I had high expectations and this team exceeded every single one of them. Damir and Eldar were extremely thorough and timely. I had them perform a home inspection, 4-point, wind mitigation, mold inspection, and WDO inspection. Their report was easy to understand, included tons of pictures, and was in my inbox before 9AM the next day. This all made me feel very knowledgeable and secure about the home I'm buying. Damir and Eldar were also more than happy to answer any questions I had following the inspection. If you're buying a home in the area, I highly suggest that you use them. You'll know what, if anything, is going on with the house and have the photos to back up anything
