We started out with a general contractor who had us pay upfront to get an architect to design our Florida room and lanai that was damaged by an old roof. After payment was processed and architectural plans were furnished, the first general contractor estimated an exorbitant price for a roof without a remodel. Now we were left with finding an honest general contractor who would work with our existing architectural plans. God led us to Matt and his Construction Corps Company. Matt came out to our house to see the challenge he would have to undertake and even pointed out problems that needed to be addressed, which we didn’t even know would be a problem in the future. This company is amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. I had the good fortune to have them come look at my house right after Hurricane Milton, and Matt took the time and care to walk me through my house and show me what needed to be done and put everything in simple terms. He answered all of my questions and took my calls and answered more questions, found time in the company’s busy schedule to get the tear-out done in my home and stop the spread of any potential mold.
