The service was awesome and it was a downright pleasure (actually honor) to deal with this company and their friendly (and decent) employees. They arrived on time, drained our septic tank without waste a moment, yet somehow still engaged us in a neighborly conversation during a task completed professionally and efficiently. I thought that kind of service was extinct in business today. I'm very happy I was wrong. I'll call them immediately the next time we need the service and highly recommend others do the same.

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with Terry Jones from Belton’s. I was having issues with my toilets backing up and not draining properly. I originally scheduled with Roto-Rooter, and they tried to charge me $1,500 for something I didn’t actually need. Terry came out, cleaned our septic tank, and was completely honest with us. He explained that the real issue was simply a clogged filter, not the bigger problem the other company had suggested. It’s so refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and willing to explain things clearly. If you’re having any septic issues or concerns, I highly recommend contacting Belton’s and asking for Terry. He was amazing!

Matt and Zach came out to do my service they made the process easy and quick! They were very personable and stayed in communication the entire time prior to arrival. They answered all my question and even showed me my tank! The price is affordable and I would recommend Benton’s for fast, friendly and affordable service to anyone with a septic tank.
