Floors to Go

Had a wonderful experience. The installers were here on time, and finished 4 bedrooms (and closets), a hallway and staircase in about 3.5 hours! I 100% recommend this company. Everything was also completed very quickly. Measurements to payment to install was less than 2 weeks! And most of that was me deciding which carpet to choose.

Highly satisfied with the work Floors to go provided for us. Dee & Allison were on top of everything. Direct communication at all times! I absolutely love our refinished hardwoods!

I was recommended this business when I was talking with a friend about replacing our carpet. I called the store to verify the hours since it was a holiday. They told me that they close at five but they could stay later if I needed them to do so. When I went into the business, I spoke with Dee and told her what rooms we needed to replace the carpet in. I answered the question she asked to help determine the type of carpet we needed for our home. She found some samples made some suggestions. She was able to come and measure the next day and I told here which carpet we selected. It was ordered and installed within a week. Very friendly, helpful and professional!! Dee and Allison were so easy to work with and I appreciated all of their input and knowledge when picking out my flooring. Everything from “what type do I get” to “what do you think about this color” Dee has a great eye for detail. Price was right large selection to choose from and the crew did an amazing job with installation!! Highly recommend!!
