FANTASTIC SERVICE! I called on Tuesday to see if I could schedule a one-room cleaning and Kendra said they had time the next day. She gave me a time range which I accepted. On Wednesday, Kendra called to say they could come, earlier than expected. I said "yes!". Kendra and Olivia showed up within a few minutes; I showed them the room and they got to work. About 10-15 minutes later they were done! The soiled spots were gone, the rug was clean and the room smelled great! These two women knocked it out of the park! I HIGHLY recommend Ben Bailey Carpet cleaning. Great team (family business), great price, responsive, great work.

I had a beloved sofa that had experienced a lot of soiling from a recent remodel and messy kids! Craig did a FANTASTIC job. He was professional and very thorough. When he was finished the sofa looked like new! We are thrilled to have it restored.

We just had Ben Bailey come for our annual carpet cleaning (though we missed last year due to Covid) and they did a great job. On time, listened to what our concerns were, set up fans for drying, and got the stain out. Look forward to seeing them again next fall.
