Detailed did whatever I asked, reminded him of gates that sometimes looks closed but aren't. Double checked everything before leaving. Liked and petted pups,gave us details about activity zones before leaving. Personable

I chose Point Pest Control for my pet-friendly triplex because they use safer chemicals and the price was way better than the ridiculous quote I got for a pest control contract. They come on a quarterly schedule and will keep coming back at no extra cost until the pests are gone. I have never needed them to come back because the quarterly visits prevents new problems from popping up. I highly recommend PPC in Salem, Oregon.

David is pretty much the best. I have had him doing pest control at our home for a long time and he always does an excellent job and so we requested he provide the service for our commercial business as well. He never disappoints, takes his time to do a great job, and is very thorough.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pointe Pest Control. The price they quoted over the phone was almost half of what they actually charged when they arrived. They also promised a full service that included vacuuming and thorough treatment, but they skipped the vacuuming entirely and were finished in about 35 minutes however they told me during inspection that it takes a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved, and now I’m stuck in an unfair contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
