We recently worked with Ben to install oak floors with a provincial stain in our new kitchen, and we could not be happier with the result. He expertly matched the new floors to the existing ones in our dining room, which were installed many years prior by previous owners. Ben was reliable, communicative, and incredibly efficient. He completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality, cleanliness, or professionalism. I was extremely impressed by Ben’s work and would choose him time and again for our wood flooring projects. Ben was wonderful! It was hard to match the two story stairs that has '90s red oak stain. Ben took his time and was patient to work with me to determine the perfect color. He was punctual, meticulous, no mess, responds fast to texts and phone calls and reasonably priced. We were going to paint the banister but changed our mind. He will be back to do the banister!

Ben is great! I hired him for two hardwood floor sanding projects. Really happy with both. He’s the best contractor overall of everyone I’ve worked with renovating this house, and he works for himself, so there’s no marketing/operations overhead in his pricing. He’s also an easy going guy who communicates well and is easy to work with. The photo is of the 1910 douglas fir floors in my house that Ben sanded smooth and clean. He also filled damaged areas and nail holes.

Rarely do you meet a business owner as passionate and honest as Ben. We were nervous about matching existing 20-year-old hardwoods, but they managed to perfectly blend the old with the new. He was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. He went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the finish. You get what you pay for—top-tier quality and service!

Ben is an incredibly hardworking, detail oriented, and skilled installer that I would absolutely and highly recommend for installation and refinishing services. Ben installed ≈1200 square feet of engineered flooring, across 2 floors, and did an impeccable job. Ben also weaved new wood in with old wood on our main floor, and refinished the whole thing for a seamless finished product. On top of his craftsmanship, Ben was extremely professional. He showed up every morning, on time, with clear communication, and promptly set to work. He left the place cleaner than when he arrived, and finished the job in a timely manner, well within the quoted figure.
