We have been using JO McHale for over 20 years for all of our pest services. Our current tech, Manny is excellent. He goes above and beyond and is very professional and neat. We appreciate the consistency of having the same person do our service.

The pest control technician was very professional and helpful. He took his time to carefully inspect the area and figure out what the issue was. He also explained the mice activity to me in a way that was easy to understand and gave helpful information about what might be causing the problem. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was during the visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I feel much more informed about the situation.

Christian, the technician who often comes, is very thorough and friendly. In addition to taking care of the outside and perimeter of the house, he also makes sure to check our basement and attic, and provides helpful suggestions on how to better keep pests out.
