A+++ service! I called about my refrigerator not working and come to find out the refrigerator cord had been severed. I spoke with Jerry on the phone and although he had a busy and full schedule he walked me through what to look for over the phone. He told me if it is just the cord he can make a quick detour and fix it. Sure enough, within an hour, Jerry came through! I really appreciate his level of service and assistance. I'll definitely be recommending his services and If I need any other repairs, he'll be the first I'll call.

Fantastic service! Jerry was one of the few people who called me back over the holiday break when my Speed Queen washing machine stopped running. I was almost completely out of time to get it running again. He helped me troubleshoot a bad motor and get a replacement ordered in a hurry, and I had the washer running again in no time after that.
