Such a great company! Anytime I’ve had any problems I was able to text my technician Colton and he would take care of it. I’m giving 4 stars because of the contract they make you sign. If I could just call when I need them that would be much better than paying every month.

Pure Pest Control is great at communicating and does exactly what your needs are. They always check in to make sure everything is going good. All my needs have been kept under control and I enjoy working with this company.

They are polite and consistent with their pest control services. I have seen a big difference with bugs, wasps, and crawly’s, around and inside my house. Would definitely recommend.

Beyond unprofessional. They've completely stopped responding to my calls. I signed a one-year agreement that should have ended in June/July 2025. A technician showed up anyway in September, and I’ve been charged $40 every month since (October, November, December) even though the contract is over. I emailed and called multiple times in September and got no response. They straight up won't even respond to my emails or calls anymore. It's almost like they just want to see how long they can keep getting away with charging me without actually performing the services... I finally had to go to my bank and put an ACH stop payment on their charges because they kept taking my money month after month. (Don't wait as long as me!!) This company feels incredibly shady and scammy. I don't recommend using

Pure Pest is great. I hate spiders, wasps, mice, and other creepy crawling things and they keep them away so our family can play both inside and outside without worrying about the pests. They are best service for the best price. They listen to any concerns we have and address them quickly to keep our home pest free. Highly recommend!
