I reached out to Ben Window because of their stellar reviews and ratings, and I'm happy to be on the other side of their work for us with the same experience! Here are all the awesome things about having worked with them, 1) they were quickly available for a quote visit (free with no deposit) within a couple days, and returned the quote quickly as well, 2) the quote was much more reasonable than we were expecting!! Notably less than previous quote we were given by a general contractor a few years, ago, 3) they are easy to work with via email, text and we were able to make invoicing, payments and appointments easily, 4) they were always on time and showed up when they were suppose to, 5) their work came with a 5 year leak guarantee!! Honestly, amazing team! I requested quota from 5 other companies they were 1/2 that called me back. AND they were cheaper than the other firm. Gave me shortly the quota, came to measure and put the glass in my window in under 15 mins. Quick turnaround. Great service overall!
