Benavides Painting had done several projects in our area, and neighbors voiced positive comments. Originally scheduled exterior for late spring, and they were very flexible to delay the start until the heavy pollen ended. Abraham communicated clearly & timely to advise on scheduled work. Rigoberto provided a detailed and easily understood estimate. Crew was led by Omar, who was extremely polite & able to answer any questions. Several old windows were reglazed, and they came back after 3 weeks to allow it to cure prior to applying finish coat. Each day ended with supplies being stored and area swept/blown clean. The entire organization is customer focused, and we would certainly look to them for future painting needs.
