Had Capital City come out and check the HVAC system due to inefficient heating and cooling. So, happy I did! A 3-ton system had been installed a few years back and it turned out the house needed a 4-ton system. From start to finish, Capital City was so amazing. Went through Andrew (Awesome Guy). Andrew explained everything in great detail. He was on top of the installation and even adding a second return inside the house. Quincy and the rest of the team were equally awesome. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, accommodating in every way possible and above all else, they treat you like family. Very pleased with the work that was done!! Jake was 100% thorough in going through my systems and explaining everything he was doing in detail! Cleaned both units and replaced a failing capacitor. Having a tune up on the hvac's right before a snowstorm and temperatures reach 15° was great!

The whole experience we had with this company was amazing. They were fast to assist us with out HVAC unit during the storm we had. The technician Tobin was kind, efficient and worked diligently to make sure we had heat. He explained everything he did and stayed to make sure the system was working effectively. We needed to replace our heat pump after it failed and received multiple quotes. This company’s estimate was significantly higher than the others and included less warranty coverage. After doing some research, I learned the company had been acquired by a private equity firm based in Florida. Based on these factors, I decided not to move forward with them. The salesman, Rob, was professional and courteous, and this decision is in no way a reflection of him.
