I just ran across my Friends business page and saw the negative review...I have known Mr. Ritchie for over 10 yrs. as an honest and trustworthy Business owner and Christian Family Man. I see that the reviewer owns a business that could be considered "Competition". I can only assume that his review was to somehow besmirch the stellar reputation of Benchmark Pressure Washing. I can assure anyone reading this review that Benchmark Pressure Washing provides excellent customer service and is a Leader in Professional Exterior Cleaning in the Concord area.

We needed our house pressure washed in a quick manner. I contacted Benchmark on Monday and they were out by Saturday to pressure wash our home. The gentlemen was kind and courteous. After he was finished pressure washing; he took us around outside to inspect his work. I was thrilled with how clean my house looked. I highly recommend!

Called for information on pricing and was treated unprofessionally. I provided house square footage and mentioned I only wanted my house washed, he told me the price of around $202, but mentioned that he had a $300 minimum and asked if I wanted my driveway done too. I said not at this time and that I just wanted my house done. He told me that if it was too expensive to go to someone else. I was trying to use a small local business. I will NEVER use this service. Very rude and unprofessional.
