I would recommend Reid and Benchmark Wildlife to anyone who needs wildlife or carcass removal or any kind of wildlife exclusion work on their home. He is professional, prepared, honest, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. After having four different “wildlife removal” companies come out to locate a carcass in our crawl space, we were frustrated and disillusioned. To be fair, our crawl space is tiny and our home is over 100 years old, but every other company simply walked the perimeter, gave us an overpriced exclusion quote, and left. None of them brought the equipment needed to actually find anything. Reid, the owner of Benchmark Wildlife, was the complete opposite. He showed up prepared with a snake camera, a drill, and a clear plan. It was obvious from the moment he arrived

Reid is “one of a kind” in the Pest Control industry because he was willing, able to locate and remove a dead rat in our attic on the first 15 minutes of his Free Estimate visit. He also sanitized the area where the carcass decomposed, so that our family would not have anymore allergic reaction from the bad decomposing odor of the dead rat. While 3 other companies that we interviewed before Reid were not willing to find and remove the dead rat. In addition, Reid is a perfectionist who has excellent workmanship/ craftsmanship. His price was reasonable. Therefore, if you want a Pest Control company that does things right in the first place, then hire Benchmark Wildlife because Reid is knowledgeable, professional and works with integrity, plus he is compassionate and caring about his custo

The first truly good experience I've had with a pest removal company. Reid came out as my second evaluation for an issue with some unknown animals in my attic after a friend referred me to him and he was fantastic. He was very open, honest, and direct with what he was seeing and what that meant to him before he went around the house and showed me the entry points (he showed me pictures of the ones on the roof). He laid out the plans for his proposed solution and gave me a rough idea of the cost before sending me an actual quote and for the work and I've got to say that I think he easily could've charged me more (but I'm grateful that he didn't). I don't think I'll ever look for another pest control company again. If there's something he doesn't do, I'll be asking for his recommendation.
