Beneath the Mantel

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this company. Two technicians came to service two fireplaces. For the first one, they spent about 10 minutes total cleaning it and fixing an ignition issue. I overheard them debating whether the glass was even clean enough, with one saying there were still spots left. They ultimately decided it was “okay,” which didn’t inspire confidence in the quality of the work. When they moved to the second fireplace, they said it was too warm to service because it had been used earlier that morning. However, they arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and it would have been cooled if they had shown up when they were supposed to. They said they would call to reschedule, but I never heard back. Incredible Work. They came out to fix my fireplace last night at 6 PM, even after running late at another job, because they wanted to make sure everything was taken care of before the holiday. (Shout out Dave) That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. They did an excellent job, were professional and friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Even took the time to educate me a little bit about how the system should work! I truly appreciate their hard work and the extra effort they put in. Highly recommend!

Dan's been out a few times over the last 5+ years for both repair and cleaning. Customer service for these guys is outstanding. I would recommend them all day long compared to their larger competitors.
