Quality Blacktop

I hired Quality Black Top to fill cracks, potholes, and seal coat a large parking lot for a commercial property I manage. I met with Paul, we walked the parking lot and assessed the scope of work and came up with a plan, since it was such a large project and would require redirecting traffic, and parking over several days. Paul came in with a solid bid and was very negotiable on price and and services rendered. Him and his crew did excellent work and went above and beyond even preforming work they had not bid, even chipped loose chunks out and anything foreign from cracks before filling. The coating was broomed on for a better finished product, not one of those rubber tape and spray over jobs that only look good for the summer… I would highly recommend Quality Blacktop, they did an awe

We just had our driveway done; these guys did a terrific job! Driveway looks amazing!! The new owner and his guys were very professional and their work speaks for itself. Contacted this company to get a quote on sealcoating our driveway and was told it would cost $340.00. We agreed he would call me back two weeks later prior to coming out to do the job to confirm the day/time and that we were still interested. I arrived home from work one day and the job had been completed without my permission (we had decided to do the job ourselves to save money). I called the owner and confronted him about doing the job without calling me or getting permission and he said "I know people like you, keep the damn driveway and don't call me again." Extremely rude, unprofessional, and will apparently do jobs without your permission if you call to discuss a quote. Steer clear!

Turn around and run. Took weeks to finally come out put driveway in. In the process he ran a roller in garage on new concrete and cracked the floor. He did nothing to fix or repair. A year later it already was falling apart and needed Sealcoating.
