Absolutely saved my home from ruin with their speedy redo recovery of my bathroom floor falling apart and not to mention pulling tree roots out of my plumbing which dodged a bullet in addition! Benedicts did the plumbing in my house a few years ago when we were remodeling. There were a couple things I would have dont differently, but its on me not him. I called this year because our sewer line backed up into our basement. He stopped out to snake our sewer drain within an hour or so of us calling. That was a life saver when you literally have poop on the floor. He also gave some tips on how to dry out our wet basement.

Just like everyone else I hate it when things break. It sucks when I don’t have the knowledge to fix it myself and have to pay someone else to do it for me. That being said, it is also nice when I come across a professional business that I can trust to do the work. Benedict’s was suggested by our realtor. We woke up to water leaking from our kitchen ceiling. I turned the water off to the house and called these guys. If there was an option to leave no stars, I would. I hired Benedicts to reroute a sump pump line and they ran the line into my over flow drain. This has caused serious flooding in my basement. I called for 2 weeks in a row and left multiple voicemails. No one ever returned my call. Poor poor poor customer service and shotty work!
